Your trying to flick to hard. Tre flips are 95% scoop, and 5% flick. Since you have the scoop down, just extended your front foot as the board begins to spin, and give a subtle tap, not too hard and not too soft.

Don't worry about the double post.

Just imagine your doing a sort of judo kick so your back foot goes behind you and your front foot kicks out in front of you.

This trick tip helped me when i was learning them. Pay attention to where he puts his front foot.

Quoted for the truth.

If you can't do a tre flip, his comment probably sounds like bs. But you dont kick the board like you do a kickflip, you just push your front foot out following the scoop.

When you finally land one like this, it will all make sense.

If you feel your trying your hardest to flip it, you're trying way to hard. :)
