I am doing that now and I am working on doing a three. street skater 06-24-2008, 03:47 AM Build up to it. Crapdaan 06-24-2008, 04:14 AM It's important that you have maximum control over your kickflips before trying them off things. Make sure you stay over your board and catch it. Stay balanced, I always leaned (?) to far back so when I landed i came in wheelie or tailstop. Skateyasha 06-24-2008, 04:17 AM http://www.skaterscafe.com/showthread.php?t=68610 the part about how you catch the board may help, start watching from about 4:40 Also, gotta be committed to it. That's all there is to it. zerosk8ter 06-24-2008, 12:19 PM u have to be confident and have concentration and expect to land it. and try to lean forward a little when u land so u dont fall off. fallenNJzero 06-24-2008, 12:42 PM ok the one foot part is probably youre scared. you might not think so but sometimes it just happens. in that case just focus on commiting and landing. when you do land and slip out its because your leaning too far back, putting too much pressure on the back foot. if you try and bend down and lean more forward, youll have an easier time. hope i helped |
