Well right now, Iknow that I atleast tore a ligament in my ankle. Anyone ever do that? How lnog were you off the board?

Yeah, i think i did yesterday. I was doing a tre flip and i landed right on my ankle sideways. It hurts like hell

woah i tore a ligament in my ankle too! but last year. it sucked cuz i couldnt skate for about 1 month.. even today when i twist it at a weird angle it hurts. they suck

do some rice (i think thats what its called ). Strengthen up your foot by doing a few simple workouts. I had the same.... serious one. was out skating properly for about 1 month round about

I tore some ligaments in my knee, and had to have re constructive surgery on it.
I can still feel them move around sometimes.

Shouldn't it heal before I start working it out?

how do you know its torn? i dont know if mines get torn or not. but it happens alot during skating and hurts like hell in wrestling.

a kid i know tore ligaments in his foot and was out of skating for 4 months
