hes innocent. PLUS hes already done his time for the crime either way and im sure he wants most to put this in his past. i dont think this topic should be brought up anymore. can i request this locked in respect of heddings?

Something is in the public record, why should we not discuss it here?

But on the other hand, no one on this forum has the evidance needed to be able to tell if he is quilty or innocence.

Yeah we shouldn't really conclude if he's guilty or innocent. Along the line, something wrong has happened, whoever it was or whatever happened we don't know. We'll just have to wait and see how it all goes...

hmmmm,

on one hand we have a nice guy who all his friends say he's innocent

on the other hand you have a guy who is somewhat rebellious and has been known for drinking

he could have murdered his son, drinking causes horrible things

but i could also believe he didn't. the people that know him personally, probably knew he loved his son. that's why vans helped defend him

You never know with these kinda things and you can't really come to a conclusion, but his friends and that seem confident that he is innocent.
