Ok i have been trying to land this for a while and i finally got the secret. First is the footing. place your front foot in your normal heel hanging off position but just slide it up a tad. Back foot sideways on the tail. Then when your ready to flip pretty much do a fontside 180 but try to flip a heel at the same time and land it like you would land a front side pop-shuvit. I know you would thing you would do a front side heel flip, but you acually dont (or atleast i didnt). Looks easy on the thread but you still have to practice ALOT. It will eventually come just as any trick would.:icon_2gun:icon_2gun

i dont think varial heels are harder.
just cause less people can do them.
i actually dont think people give enough time and respect to varial heels and inward heels.

boo on inward heels unless they are nollie, other wise... i dunno, they look all sloppy. of course there are exceptions to certain people who can do em pretty damn nice. theres always exceptions.
