i cant find a forum of where to put this and i did look in the help section and searched it but cant figure it out. how do you put videos into your signature on bottom of your posts im at edit signature but cant figure out how to do it?

But anywho a mod will sort that out later, do you mean like an actual video (youtube sorta thing) or a GIF? (sliding/moving frames which make an animated picture)?

Grab the URL of the 'video' you want and place image tags at either end of the URL. Should look something like this: www.thisisyourvideoaddress.com/image.gif. See how i've placed the [IMG] tags around the address? Thats what you have to do. Good luck!
