I got a AWS Dinosaur Jr and it is pretty damn good.. Also the skateshop I bought my board from the owner is Rob Dyrdek friend and they both went pro together at 16... Look him up his name is John Drake... The original AWS team, but he hurt his knee.. Matter a fact me and John Drake became pretty cool I go up there all the time and he discounts me...

Wow. Talk about a blast from the past. I grew up right around where John skated back in the day before he got on Alien. The skateshop was Iguana Sportgear which eventually built an indoor park. It was cool getting to see him skate back then. He had the smoothest style back then. This was back when not all skaters had smooth styles lilke they do these days. That's crazy that you mentioned him. I always wondered what happened to him after he quit riding for Alien.

btw, Workshop boards rock. I skated them back in the 90's and just bought a new one yesterday. I really like the way they ride these days.

people on here always try to find a way that someone is lying... Yes i know john drake he works at atmosphere in charlotte and I know him know him to where i chill with him... His taste in music is beastie too whoever likes old school hip hop.. Oh and yeah he said he moved here from cali because his knees got bad and he wanted to get away from everything so he moved here where is uncle lived... He's a damn humble guy doesnt even mention he skates and stuff..
