I think the entire concept of piercings is stupid. I hate how it looks, and I don't see the attraction of putting metal through your skin.

Tattoo shops, piercing shops, hot topic, a lot of places really. I had all of mine in and walked into a Gamestop and was offered a job.

^ all those places want people who look hardcore for their image.
I think coffee shops dont mind either because they want to seem trendy.
But i dont think you could find many jobs above minimum wage

Gamestop a place that sells video games want to look hardcore? But I just used those as an example. How about Nissian, DHL, FedEx, UPS. I worked at FedEx and now I work at DHL I see people with tats everywhere, people with Mohawks, people with 3 feet of chains on their pants, in FedEx I saw the same.

People really don't care about how you look anymore and if they do then you would have to go to collage to get the job anyway.

i don't mind certain piercings, like ears, belly button, nose, brow, usual.

but **** like the back of someones neck (my friend has it) its too much.

Actually, I work for the state & have the following piercings: both ears pierced & stretched to 18mm, tongue, left nipple,used to have a surface in my neck, but I ripped it out with my hair when it was still long (so I cut it bach to a mohawk) & last but not least, my knob. Also I have an implant in my left arm & am tattooed from one lower & one upper arm, over the shoulders down my back, all the way to my ass. Oh yeah, & my job requires me to wear a tshirt, coz I work at a public place. So I suppose that kinda undermines your idea bout pierced folks, doesn't it? :tongue:

I would never get a peircing to begin with. But even if I did my dad said a long time ago that if I walk in with a peircing then he is going to make me wear a dress because it would all fit together. Something along those lines I can't really remember it was awhile ago.

i have 2 times septum piercing like 5 times in the lip like 2 in the ears but i take all for the school and that tings and i have now only one piercing in the left nipple lol

I have my ears pierced two times in each ear. I usually wear 14 gauge in the first holes, and 18 or 16 in the second holes, and I can't find any cool 12 gauge ones, so I might just stick with the 14's in my normal holes. Come to think of it, I haven't had my earrings in in a long time. I should probably put them in tonight ;)
