View Full Version : I need some shoe recommendations...

My current shoes are ripping apart. I'm looking for something fat, easy to slip on yet feels like a pillow wrapped around my foot. Not slip ons though. A heel with medium height. A nice hard rubber sole. Durability. Good grip.

I already have somewhat an idea of what shoe I want, but I'm just wondering if any of your suggestions match what I'm thinking of.

All helps welcomed, thanks in advance! :)

DC's and/or Ice Creams... I got like 5 pairs of Ice Creams and a pair of DC's... had em all for over a year and still in great condition

I had the Emerica Francis and they died in about a week, so I don't know about those, or how much you skate, but the Emerica Heretics are puffy and durable, plus you could get an older model for really cheap somewhere. I had them for a while and they were great.

I would try Vox They lasted reallly long for me like twice as long as my other shoes. Also look for a shoe that has nothing to hang onto at the tip

I hate to skate in Nike Blazers. I hate ruining good shoes like those.
Emerica Francis or Vox.

It's kinda hard to find a fat shoe with a mid top. Try osiris chino mids.

Emerica The Boss. Best shoe ever. It's thick, hard on the bottom, soft on the inside.... wait now back to the shoe. The ones i have had have lasted me since late January and they are still perfectly skateable condition. The tops and the bottoms are so durable, and they are equally durable so you don't have to worry about the bottoms falling off and having a perfectly fine top, and vise versa. There is like 5 layers of material on the toe cap so it doesn't tear too easy and you don't have your toes hanging out in two weeks. They are amazing shoes, i would recommend them to anyone.
