So Im wondering,, with inward pressure heels is there a way to do them where you dont pop the board,, because when every I pop and try to flick with my back foot it seems like my front foot flicks off the board to. I guess im used to normal heel flips so when i try to keep it on there it goes off. Is there any way to do them or tip to keep your front foot on the board and your back foot flipping? Ive read like all the trick tips. Is there also a way to not pop really and just kinda push down with your back foot and it will magically flip?

yeah, kinda...

when most people do b/s pressure flips, they flip like an inward heel.
to do them this way, you dont have to pop em.

ive seen alot of skaters call their pressure flips inward heels and they didnt really know the difference
i suggest, learn inward heels the right way (by popping em and using your front foot to flip it)

Pressure Inward heels are done with the back foot, the back foot does all the work.

Inward heels are done with a combination of a bs shove and a heelflip, both feet do the work.

Inward pressure heels are just called pressure flips. The front foot does not do anything so just point your toe forward and put it on the heelside edge of the board so that you can get it out the way of the board when it flips.

To prevent your front foot from flicking because you're too used to kickflips, be sure to keep your ankle stiff, and just pull that foot straight up after you pop. Kind of like you would be doing for a no-comply but instead of sliding it down to the ground, lift it straight up, without any ankle motion.

Also you can do this trick without popping, just apply a lot of pressure over the toe-side back wheel, find the right spot, experiment and you'll get it.

it might help to get your front foot outta the way, i mean do the "pop" and just try kicking your foot without kicking your board and using your back foot to give it the motion of the pressure trick
