Now its not really help with the grind itself more just coming out of it. I started learning them today on a round rail. I can get into them and do the grind but when i come out of them the board always flips over.
I'm not quite sure what i need to do to solve this so any help appreciated.
Round rails do tend to do that with crooks.
But, you can fix that.
When your about to get to the end of the rail, sort of shift all your weight towards the tail end of your board, and lift some weight off your front foot.
Then you should be set.

if you only started today you dont need to be landing them perfect! just keep practicing and shifting your weight backwards at the end of the grind
