Hey i need help with inward heels hard flips and 540 flip

Whenever i try to do a inward heel i hit the back of my shoe and it flys back or i do a pop shuv it!!

Hard flips i cant get it to goin between my legs and im not exactly sure were to put my feet!

And 540 flip i have landed once but i want these consitent like bad it would be sick and i can never seem to flick it in a 540 it always goes into alike 430 flip and i land with one foot and it makes me mad!

Pop almost straight down and flick your front foot out, this'll stop your foot from getting in the way of the flip.

Yes, what I did when I learned them was to kick stright out. Don't go up or anything, or go up a minimal amount.

yeah i new that but it didnt really help out that much!

do your hardflips like you do fs flips, but don't turn, thats what helps me out alot.
also remember that these DONT have to go between your legs.

it like, sort of goes behind them and they catch it and bring it back underneath them. I think it looks pretty cool that way.
