It takes practice to train your feet. Really, just think about it like it's a fakie when doing nollie; liek get set up and have the right mindset. For switch ollies, just set like like a regular ollie and learn it. It's kind of like learning an ollie.. over again. (how fun)

yup, i think the best practice is to just cruise, and instead of ollying/kickflipping or w/e over stuff, nollie / sw ollie it..developes FAST, and you learn it naturally, very well.

hope it helps, good luck!

its like learning to skate all over again. thats how i looked at it, just quicker. i dont focus on popping hard, my problems sliding my foot up, so focus on whatever you seem to have most trouble with

for a nollie, put your front foot farther down the nose, towards the bolts.

practice it until your foot does work that way, its just like learnin to skate again

Yeah it's like that for everyone, I realised it when I was learning switch flips that I couldn't flick behind me with my foot, but after lots of practice it worked. Just keep trying man and you'll get it ;)

nollie you shoudlnt have a prob. all it is is an ollie backwards to try rolling slowly and once you get it that way gradually build up speed

I think you're talking about fakie ollie. Nollie is the fakie version of switch ollie.

also practicing some nollie shuvs/180s helps alot, and they help your other sw/nollie tricks develope.

i just got sw/nollie bigspin both ways ^_^ feels good, still can't do any sw/nollie flip tricks though, except nollie 360 nerdflip and regular nollie nerdflip...i can nollie and sw varial flip sometimes haha

I have that problem, and it sucks, haha. Switch heels FTW!

For switch ollies and nollies it helps me to lean forward more. And by forward in nollie I mean towards the tail.

also practicing switch and nollie shuvs and 180s helps get used to it, and developes your other tricks better ;)

i just got sw/nollie bigspin both ways, however i still can't do any switch flip tricks other than nollie 360 nerdflip and regular nollie nerdflip.. i can sw/nollie varial flip sometimes, cuz i'm so easy to doing shuv's switch lol

good luck!
