i think theyre pretty cool, though Corey's...well I like the mask, but I'm not sure i like it as a new mask, or maybe just not Corey's new mask. I think it would look better with Craig, maybe. But still, i think its a cool mask, definitely different from his previous ones

Why the **** does buckethead do it? Why does kiss wear make up? Why do black metal bands wear corpsepaint?

They (Slipknot) do that cause people focus to much on what the bands look like today so they wear mask so people focus more on the music and not on what they look like or what they wear (same reason why they all wear the same clothes).

Right now the masks are a big deal cause their new but once people see them after a while the shock and everything of the new masks will fade and people will start to focus on the music more.

Their demo cd beats any of their main stuff out of the water. They were way better before Corey and James got in the band Ive got into them before they got signed now that their a major band their music have hit rock bottom, thanks their new soft cd. I mean why go so damn soft after a great cd like Iowa? If they did it before Iowa I could understand but its a big let down to make a ****ty cd after it.

But their demo cd, Mick and Gnar did great guitar stuff with pedals like the wah and ****. Paul had some great bass solos of funk, but one thing I remember like I just heard it was Anders voice sorta like Corey's but it was deeper and more pissed sounding. Its hard to like Corey after you heard Anders do some the demo recorders of songs Corey did for the first cd.
