Like i said on sigsworld, i like the first one. The second one just seems really simple and liek you didn't do much besides get a picture of a clock and slap some colors on it.

Meh, there ok, nothing excellent

first design is fine, but you need a new title on it...i can hardly pay attention to whats being said. the second one looks very out of date, nothing too spectacular. try adding red text on the first design, even blue yellow or green!
