whats the good side of concaves. i usually skat pretty flat concave boards like zoo york plan b and baker. i just got a blank board speed demons and it seems steeper then what i usually skate. how will this effect me?

Go skate it and find out? Always works.

You'll adjust soon, more concave allows you to catch the board in the air easier, plus more pop.

it takes some experience to find out whats right for you... i bought a plan b and without noticing it was flat... i hated it.
but to much concave feel extremely awkward.

i have to find a happy medium thats a 7.75 with a nice tail and nose

I've gone from flat boards to concave. I prefer the concave, I feel it gives me more pop. It also helps me catch the board smoother.

You can get used to anything. Even having Spongebob as your friend :)

i love boards with steep concave. for me they make flicking kickflips easier than it would be on some flat piece of wood.
