WARRANTY COVERAGE

Your Darkstar ARMOR LIGHT and ARMOR PLY deck is guaranteed against warping, delamination , and breakage for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Warping is defined as a deck that is severely twisted making the left side of the concave drastically higher than the right side or visa versa. Delamination is defined as a separation in the glue lines between wood veneers of the deck due to an insufficient bond. Breakage is defined as the deck being broken into two pieces or severely cracked through all 7 layers of wood and carbon center layer. This means Darkstar will replace your newly purchased Armor light or Armor ply deck if there are defects in materials of manufacturing. These are the 3 conditions covered by the Darkstar warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

* Decks exposed to excessive moisture. Ie. Decks ridden in the rain, water puddles, or snow
* Improper assembly of accessories
* Decks that been modified including re-drilling of truck holes or re-shaped.
* Intentional and deliberate attempt at breakage.
* Decks run over by any kind of motorized or un-motorized vehicle
* Normal wear and abuse including:
o chipping from ground, curbs, or walls
o nose and tail wear from repetitive ground contact



TO ACTIVATE THIS WARRANTY YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING

1. Complete the below registration form within 15 days from the date of purchase.
2. If you have a problem with your Darkstar Armor Ply or Darkstar Armor Light deck and want to return it, return the defective deck with a copy of the sales receipt to Darkstar:

I did all that before so i'm set i called the company and im gunna mail it out. Get my deck in 3 weeks :(

The warranty isn't for breaking the deck. Its for if it delaminates or something. People just abuse the warranty.

so how can they determine whether a board is broken accidentally or intentionally? cause i mean. if i had a effed up darkstar with an up coming warrenty i'd break that and get a new one.
