what is the opposite of a salad grind?
i do a fs 5-0 but tweak it the opposite way of a salad
its like a fs smith but the nose is in the air

a salad grind.. There is a backside salad and a fs salad

wait no i get wha he is saying. like how feeble and smith are, hmmmmm idk that one but reguardless of a fs and bs theres two ways to do it for fs and bs.
