View Full Version : Mega Skate Plaza Closed

It's been closed for quite awhile, but the guy he bought it from (Who owns "DaVille Skateshop" now) apparently owed a lot in backtaxes, and the new owner got foreclosed on. Shame, cuz he had $10 all day sessions, and was about to put a bowl in there.

I hate when parks close down. We used to have the world's 3rd largest indoor park by us until it closed, and a town next to me had an outdoor skatepark that you had to pay to get in which closed down. The outdoor park was all concrete so it was probably hard to get out.

This park was voted the best on the east coast. Look up "MASA Pro 2007" on youtube. Fuel t.v. had a contest there. It's different..or, was, different, but the guy owed too many back taxes.

That park was amazing, my friend Colleen told me it closed down a while back ago, and I was just depressed. ):

Guy owed back taxes, got forcelosed on. Iunno what they're gonna do with it..hopefully either sell it to someone to reopen, or make it a free park.

so the guy owed back taxes?

that is what i have heard. the new guy who owned it apparently didn't know.
the new guy had all day sessions for 10 dollars. the guy who charged 12 for 3 hours is the one who supposedly owed back taxes.

Must have been the backtaxes.

I'd say it was backtaxes.

perhaps backtaxes?

I've tested every hypothesis, and came up with only one thesis: backtaxes.

everyone is ignorant, Im pretty sure that backtaxes caused this
