I got a few hardflips today. I also saw that when i try a hardflip if I do it a certain way, it did an Impossible. So today, I learned Impossibles, but I couldn't land it square. Quite a few times, I landed it to nose stop. Pretty gnarly.

Let's see. Today, courtesy of the game of skate, I learned regular shove rewinds and regular varial flip rewinds. Also as an added extra bonus I learned Switch varial flips. I was able to do them stationary a while ago, lost them, then I got them moving today.

Yea cuz of game of skate i learned pop shuvit reverts and varial kickflip reverts. I also learned switch and nollie heels a few weeks ago.

i learned an ollie while moving ahahahah, i only started skating again like less than a week, i had a go at skating ages ago but that was just rolling round and not trying anything and i didnt do it for long.

I learnt to do some K grinds, also a nollie 180 shuv it, and FS 180 rock... I think that's it, because I don't go back down fakie so yeah...

On Ollieblocks (Softrucks type board) I landed a bunch of times a one and a half pressure-flip from standing on the "trucks" , IE upside down then full flip to deck , and another long-term project : I landed a couple times where when the board is (stationary) upside down you tick the rail and lift / flip it 180 and land on the deck-top .

Well I actually think that they can look quite good when done right, but when it's not the case they look more like badly executed fs pop shove-its which entirely kills the trick, I have a friend who brags about how he can do them switch while he barely even gets a late 1/4 flip / under 1/4 flip but I mean, now if I had to match such a thing in SKATE I would just do a switch fs pop shove-it :)

Well I don't pop a straight heel-side pressure flip, more like a fs 90° varial heel-side 3/4 pressure flip which I catch with my front foot toes on the grip tape side of the deck, then I wrap just like during a regular front foot impossible for the remaining 270 degrees. They look really weird, but funnily enough they're not that hard when you have consistent pressure hardflips and front foot impossibles :)

on mini last weekend i learned to back disaster, rock to fakie (i could already do on a smaller ramp), fakie tail stall, smith, fakie pivot rock type thing, fakie pivot rock type thing to fakie, frontside air and nosegrab 5-0.
and in park in general ive learned to melon hip transfer, do a bunch of things on the box not worth mentioning and kickflip, nightmare flip, shuvit-underflip and varial out of a roll in. i also tried a couple of times to late backfoot flip but didnt succeed

FRONTSIDE HEELS!!! I am so stoked on this trick. It's such a cool and underrated trick. I also have them really consistant for a newly learned trick.

Haha yeah, awesome trick isn't it ? :) It's great that you have them down, now try nollie big spin late heelflips (basically just add an extra backside body varial to it by turning your body right after you did the late heelflip), they're one of the best feeling tricks ever on banks, and they're not even that hard. I was trying those KF backfoot UFs a while ago, no luck though. I can't kickflip underflip, they seem really hard. The closest I've gotten was a kickflip late 1/2 underflip.

Newest trick I learnt was a nollie shove it body varial revert for the GOS8.

I have known f/s 180 for a while, but couldn't do it on/off or over anything. Today, I 180'd over a chain laying on the ground. I also 180'd off of a small curb! I know that sounds lame, but I was very happy to do it! I can't wait to 180 two and three steps. Of course, I'm gonna do the curb for a while and get really comfortable with it, then try a two-step.

I just feel really good that I progressed like that in one morning session. Skating really boosts my confidence!

I also went to the skatepark in the evening. I've been having trouble learning rolling pop-shuvits, which I started attempting last week, so someone at the park said "pop the board hard and suck your knees into your chest." Guess what, know I can land rolling pop-shuvits every 5th or 6th try!

I've only picked up skating again 8 weeks ago, and when I picked it up again, all I could do was ollie, so not so bad, eh?

Yeah, and Robo, they're not hard really, the key is to think of it as a double kickflip and get your back foot in the way, toes pointed down, in order to kick it back halfway. I used to forget about the 'toes pointed down' part which would always result in 3/4 kickflip late 3/4 heelflips, those are fun too and fairly easy.

I learned the b/s boardslide (on a waxed curb that stands up alot from a hollowed out soil sidewalk). I had a numb bum courtesy of the first few attempts, but at least i can do it now.

It's quite embarassing compared to what you guys are doing...but everyone has to start somewhere.:icon_wink

Yeah nothing is embarassing in skateboarding, I think that most advanced skaters remember where they started from, and those who don't definitely should because I see that as a lack of maturity.

Anyway today I learned nollie shove-it body varial reverts for the GOS, nollie impossible manuals down banks, nollie no-comply 360 shuvs both ways (backside and frontside). Relearned backside double flips, switch varial heel-side pressure flips, nollie varial heel-side pressure flips and switch varial heel-side pressure flip reverts.

Got late hardflips today. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get it in a line to match DBS's set in his game of skate, but at least I learned them :)

I finally figured out how to do a switch ollie and a nollie. For the longest time i never attempted them because they just did not feel right, but then i decided to try it and it worked. Actually my switch ollies are more stable than my regular ollies, albeit they do not go as high.

Nothing like any of these crazy 50-50 to bluntslides double backflip out like you guys are talking about but it's a big step for me.

This is a tough one probably f/s flip,correction GOOD f/s flips

Roll up a shallow bank, then do a shove it rewind with just the rear half of the board (the front half just falls flat) and re-connect the board up at the end of the pivot to roll down regular. I think it might be new.

Nollie bs flips made my back leg sore today, but I finally got them. I also learned 360 flip reverts yesterday, no big deal.

Mannn that's really awesome :) Congrats, it's pretty cool to see that you seem to enjoy these nollie kiwi flip variations :icon_bigg They feel so good, since you can do nollie 360 kiwi flips maybe you could try switch 360 kiwi flips ? :) They're not much harder and they're one of my favorite tricks.

Halfcab featherflips - not the common frontside variety but the backside one, the trick itself looks really weird but not in a bad way, and they're really fun to do :) I also learned fakie ollie late heelflip reverts for GOS8.

varial kickback, ollie north. working on 360 flips..i hate those things. i can pop them really high. it gets the 360 pop shove and by the time its supposed to land, its only half kickflipped. heh, people say its all the back foot but im having trouble with my front foot's flick(which supposedly does nothing).
