What be a "duck flip" eh?

Some seemingly retarded variation of the kickflip with an awkward foot positioning, for which you set your front foot at a 45° angle, toes pointed at the heel-side edge of the tail instead of being parallel to your back foot and perpendicular to the length of the board. You pop the tail and kick down with your front foot heel so the board does a kickflip, then you land regular :)

Seriously, I never properly tried them and those that actually stayed under me were always landed really sketchy. I can fakie shove it both ways, fakie 360 shove it, fakieflip, fakievarialflip, fakietre, half cab both ways, half cab flip both ways, fakie pop shove it underflip, fakie 360 double underflip sometimes, fakie pressure heel, fakie pressureflips sometimes, fakie 540flip sometimes... but I could never fakie ollie until now.

I learnt shuvit underflips today, first time trying them and I got them in about 20 mins :)!

Are fakie tre's hard? I've always thought about doing them but end up getting distracted. I can't tre flip normal.. for some reason.. you think I could learn them fakie first? Everything fakie comes natural to me.

Learned nollie 5-0s today on my little box, learned fakie switch 5-0s last week, and learned back 5-0s. Pretty sweet day.

i just tried a sexchange a couple days ago and got it first try, yay for me! i didnt even know what a sex change was unitil i came here. i referred to it as "body shuv it"

Varial heels are quite possibly the hardest trick known to man. I've been trying them for a little over 4 months now and everytime I throw one, it freaks out spinning out of control. It's pretty ridiculous. I've even watched trick tips on them and had skaters say, "I don't understand why they do that for you.. you're set up perfect for them and it looks like you're doing them right." I'll get them eventually.

I've been having trouble with kickflips for a while and have never landed one. Today I decided I'd go for a varial flip, because some say they're easier then kickflips. So I keep trying, and I accidentally dont spin the board and only flip it causing me to land my first kickflip! Then later I landed my first varial!

I finally landed another fakie flip. First try too, i guess i'll cross that off my list.

I fluke landed one single one about 2 1/2 weeks ago. My back is screwed so I couldn't suck up far enough to catch my pop shove underflips, and realised they kept always bouncing down as a backfoot 1/2 lateflip every single time. Managed to land one single sketchy flukish one :) I'd really like to learn them properly, it strangely feels sorta like flicking a light switch with the back foot haha :D
