    Hmm, when you exported was frame blending on? if it was turn it off, if it wasn't turn it on. I can't remember if that's what does it or not but i remember someone saying that to me a few years ago

    Yeah they could've been a lot smoother, also the timing for some of the ramps could have been better. Play with them a little more and preview them multiple times before exporting. I'm guessing :04 was an accident? if it was, it's because you pulled the line too far down. Mostly don't use such long sections of the clip, just use about a second and stretch that out.

    Also make sure that you don't slow it down so much you can see individual frames, it just looks bad.
