I had a few growing up and thought they were awesome, I could never learn anything on them though.

Parker collects them now.(he's 7) He has over 50 of them so far, and many different ramps and stuff for them. He loves them!

Yeah I do. But I use wooden fingerboards now.
Once you get hooked onto fingerboarding you can't quit the hobby.

Ha, @LucasMcCaine is bringing up some old, good threads!

I have a few Tech Decks still...they're fun to dink around with at work and stuff. I used to take scraps of real griptape and put it on the decks...it dampened the pop a little, but that extra grit seemed to give me a lot of extra control for doing kickflips and impossibles. I actually (poser content ahead) took some sandpaper and scuffed up a few of my decks and trucks to make 'em look road worn

I've started collecting Star Wars toys.. Nothing serious, just thrift store finds and a couple pairs of kicks, Vans Vader Sk8 High and Sketchers slip on Vader.

Blinged out my drumset with the Star Wars stuff..

Never got in to tech decks but I can relate to the collections addiction bigtime..

Back at my dads place in Maine I still have all of my old GI Joe toys from the 80's in really good condition.

...I spent some overtime pay on one of these:

SO MUCH POP! HOLY COW! I didn't know that amount of pop and control was possible with a fingerboard! It's TOTALLY worth the $15 I paid!
