Visited an abandoned mental asylum today. That was fun.

Please do a fashion photoshoot near that house and/or on that couch, its the perfect scenery.
And because these feel a bit empty without an interesting subject, even though the exposure and composition are good in all of them.

Got a decent shot of the John Hancock building.

Found some cool graffiti art on the walkway stones next to Lake Michigan

First time practicing doing light trails. Didn't have a shutter remote or tripod, probably could of came out a little better. Still cool though.

First time shooting fireworks in bulb mode. Also no remote or tripod was used. Had to use the ground for my tripod, haha. Fireworks were also about a mile or two away. Wish I had a better lens or was closer. Still turned out decent.

It's fun learning to shoot manually. Wish I got into this a long time ago.

Wait... so there is a whole thread dedicated for posting your photography? Am I not allowed to make a new thread for my photos?
Above the lakes, above the vales,
The mountains and the woods, the clouds, the seas,
Beyond the sun, beyond the ether,
Beyond the confines of the starry spheres,

You can make as many threads as you want I guess. I just think it would be more fitting to put it in one that has already created.

It's been pretty hot and miserable here. My daughter has decided to take life's lemons and, well.. you get the picture.

Looks like business is good. I count 4-8 bucks in the pic right now. Make sure she keeps it up. Good start to being an entrepreneur.

Why would that be the case? Haha I just made this for posting just a few photos. It's more casual than a separate topic, is all.
