What model is that? Looks like a semi hollow combination of a jazzmaster and a strat. Pretty much my dream guitar.... sort of jealous...........

Here's my axe of choice. I know it's a bass but so what:

Here's one that is extra special to me. It's a 1956 Jose Ramirez Classical Student Edition. My father got it in Madrid when he was stationed there while in the Army in the late 50s.

That's pretty much exactly what it is. It's called a Fender Pawn Shop Offset Special Mathew doing it in blacks and a burst colour too.

She looks pretty, nothing wrong with Epiphone anyway. I'm going to be getting an Epiphone rather than Gibson when I go for a Les Paul, the Epiphones are such good value for money compared.

Amen, 400 for a dot, 3000 for a es-335. Gibson prices are ridiculous.

Fixed up this old 1960s Hagstrom Condor for my friend. Really interesting guitar. Pickup switching and tone control is all done through the buttons on the bottom right. The main volume knob is the dial thing beside the pickguard. It has a sort of smooth single coil sound and sounds awesome with distortion. Really fun to play, although finger picking is a no go since the middle pickup gets right in the way.

I just got my guitar back from the shop, I had a hot rail humbucker put in the middle pick up. I love this guitar.

Yum! Yeah all about Maple, I'm not sure I'll buy a rosewood again to be honest, just prefer playing Maple as well as the looks.

Yeah, there's something about maple necks that makes it sooooo smooth to play. I don't know if it's the gloss or just the neck shape but it's much easier to transition between chords and stuff than my other guitar (rosewood). Glad to finally have a single coil guitar though.

So jelly of your teles Nitro and Snowjoe! I want to get one so bad! And I agree with Maple>everything else. My Peavey strat plays so much easier and feels so much better than my Epihones.
