    But you have the basement skatepark you can use all the time haha (I guess you would have to make sure your parents are ok with it but you get my point.)

    God, I don't even want to imagine what winter's gonna be like here skating-wise.

    I'm having too much trouble with this trick and I'm trying to learn new tricks because I might be entering a competition (in the beginner section, of course haha) so I might just take a letter.

    You have any tips for frontside flips? I've gotten the full rotation/flip a few times but the board is out in front of me when that happens. I landed one with one foot on today but the board was only 90 degrees

    Do a bunch of frontside 180s and a few kickflips and then just say fuck it and commit. It helps if you mob your kickflip and push it back instead of flicking towards the nose.

    Or you can land on the nose and pivot 180, that's a bit tougher to learn for some but that's how I landed my first one. Now I do about 90 degrees rotation in the air and just slide the last 90 on the ground.
