The ONLY lens I have is a Rokinon 8mm fisheye. When I bought my DSLR, i bought the body only. I'm hoping to buy a 75-300mm lens soon though

    Peleng 8mm
    Canon 50mm
    Tamron vc 17-50
Canon 75-300 (which I don't use because it's terrible for filming and photography
wise the pictures don't come out too sharp)

    all pentax
    Pentax DA 15mm f/4 Limited
    DA* 16-50mm f/2.8
    F 50mm f/1.7
    DA 55-300mm f/4-5.8

The 15mm is my go-to for anything wide angle. The 16-50 is my standard walkaround when I don't want to be changing between lenses. The 50mm is (so far) my most used lens because it's just fun to use. 55-300mm is my least used but I want to change that once normal weather resumes. It's actually a really nice lens.

that's a nice amount of lenses you have there.

    sony nex series
16mm f/2.8 the fisheye adapter if needed. 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 and just ordered a minolta rokkor md 50mm F/1.7 . It was pretty cheap and I hear it's a fun lens.

if you are filming with a DSLR and you want to use a telephoto I would recommend a tripod. If the camera is full frame an 80-200mm 2.8 would work for almost everything. If its not fullframe a 50-150 might be a better choice.

Good to know thanks, Im leaning towards the Tokina thought because its a f/2.8 and the sigma is f/4-5.6 which I do not like

My Minolta to Nex adapter showed up yesterday. Man is it fun to fool around with a manual old school prime lens. The focus peaking on my Nex makes it so easy to manual focus. Would really like a Macro or Telephoto lens now.

Yeah you ain't kidding. You can always use your camera phone more. You'd be surprised how good of pictures you can take with phones these days. If you really want you can buy yourself those small fisheye, wide or macro lenses for your phone(i think the wide and macro come in one, you unscrew a piece to make it macro). Those are super cheap but fun to mess around with.

So I just bought a used Tokina SD 70-210mm f/4-5.6 for 20$ and that included the shipping. Couldn't resist at that price.

Looked good to me in all the pictures. It's an old manual Minolta lens so they go for pretty cheap. I just managed to get it a tad bit cheaper.
