    If you know it is too fast or sudden to run. tuck and roll. No arms blocking, and tuck your chin to your chest.

    very painfully.


    haha. If it's too fast to run off, I try my best to keep my legs running their best anyways until I eat shit, hopefully throwing a hand then elbow to enter a frantic roll/spin while tuckin' the head in
    when you fall, you gotta get back up to land the trick.

    ^^It's better to throw an elbow than a hand. I have 2 plates and 5 screws from throwing down a hand during a fall.

    you want to get off if you can, but if you are already falling and you can't stop it then go with the fall, if you start rolling foward then keep rolling forward stay with the momentum you will be a lot safer
