    Default Stone Mountain

Hung out at a mountain-area rightfully coined as "Stone Mountain". Literally just a 1,000+ foot tall rock essentially lmao. Here are a few shots, including one of myself at the bottom!

To be honest I was expecting to see the Confederate monument in these pictures. I'm guessing it's a different Stone Mountain.

There's confederate stuff at Fort Fisher out on the coast. There's a Stone Mountain, Georgia that's got a bunch of crap like that too..

I was thinking about the one in Georgia. It's interesting that the Stone Mountain Monument was done by the same guy who did Mount Rushmore, and was a White Supremacist.

If anyone remembers me posting this photo, you can see part of this territory behind the tree when you look at it in full resolution. https://www.flickr.com/photos/394140...posted-public/ (Taken from an higher elevation via the blue ridge parkway)

Thankfully ours is nothing like the georgia one, and is instead just an expansive state park of a few "peaks" that are just gigantic stones haha. The earth is cool, man.

Defo recommend cruising the blue ridge parkway to anyone who likes that stuff. Beautiful drive from beginning to end.
