My worries about weight loss have made me ask this before seeking advice from my doctor. Are there women who are on the weight loss journey and have back-related problems? Do you use these waist trainers for weight loss? I was wondering if there are specific waist trainers that one can use without them aggravating the back problem. I wouldn’t want to add salt to injury. For this reason, I would like recommendations for the best waist trainers for such a conditioner.
