Click the video you want, and use the frame by frame button t find where you want to start your slow mo. Its the double arrowed button close to the play button, you'll find it. After you get to the part of the clip, go to tools I think, and hit split. Now use the frame button again to find where you want it to stop. Once you get there, go back up and split the clip again. Now you have a section that you want in slow mo. between the two clip marks, you can right click and go Video Effects and add it to that small clip.

    Edit: Senior bet me./

Movie Maker is Kinda annoying coz it is a bit slow and i have to convert my vids to wmv which spoils the quality, i reccomend vegas as it is fairly cheap and is great to use for skate vids!

Adobe Preimiere and or Premiere After Effects, Sony Vegas, Ulead Video Studio or Pinnacle Studio.
Adobe After effects is not a video editor.

Why have you mentioned Ulead and Pinnacle? They're ****e.

Why haven't you mentioned Final Cut or Avid, if this if for 'the big time'?

i favor premiere. but i've worked in the industry for years and thats based on my level of comfort and experience in its UI, you could always go Avid, pinnacle liquid edition back in 2004, its oldschool but has some phenominal spline based editing and color correction tools, final cut is nice but limiting based on the contention that apple likes to "keep it in the family" when it comes to software products application and file integration, i could go on forever really but like i said i'm just stuck on adobe premiere, and i'll keep being a fan of it for years to come.
