most of them should, some like Birdhouse and element had "Send $1" on their site, but if you write a letter and are polite they should send you some stickers.

How long did it take for the Zero/Mystery/Fallen stickers to come in the mail?
I got mine in two weeks (I live in Virginia), but it all depends on where you live (the closer to the location, the shorter it will take).
