Hey fellas. I'm back home from tour, so i'll be more active again until the next run in a month. It was a solid tour! Really excited for the next one though, potentially will have a day off in jasper national park in B.C.

Man, have all forums gone belly-up? I'm trying to find a specific guitar/music forum that seems to have evaporated...

    Today, in spurious correlations:

Hooters is struggling to get new 30something customers...because Pornhub searches about breasts are down.

"Nobody goes to Hooters for the wings," Chris Rock.

It's funny in SF Hooters is right next to In and Out Burger.

I mean, I enjoy dat ass as much as the next guy...but dem tittiez just take it up a notch. For my money, there are far sketchier places I'd like to go to get wings and a beer. Hooters, honestly, just reminds me of your pervy uncle and his sketchy friends (and SO much Busch Light)...

It's been a minute, but the wings at Hooters were pretty damned good the two or three times I went there. Way over priced, but definitely good wings..

My wife went to one in New Orleans with her old boss and just couldn't get over the air of desperation there.

I've been in a strip club where a new mom was tending bar and serving shots of milk from her breasts. I passed on that.

The one thing I find amusing is when I see a kid in the skater uniform. You know Vans, skinny jeans, skate t-shirt, and either a beany or a 5 panel riding a Penny board. It's kinda like seeing someone dressed like a Hells Angel on a Moped.

...Do you guys in the bay area have scooter gangs? Around here in West Michigan, we actually have guys on their tricked-out scooters riding around like gangs...we're talking mopeds with chromed-out, low-profile wheels and tires; ape hanger handlebars; HID headlights...and they wear leather jackets with their club logo on the back.

We've got urban dirt bike gangs here. Mostly harmless anti gun, anti drug teens and young adults. Call themselves "bikes up, guns down". Old white people hate the noise and stunt.show when they descend on the gentrified street like a mad.max movie hahaha.

Honestly IMHO the only time Heavily modified scooters are cool it's this:

The only time you hear about any type scooter gangs out here it's when they do stupid shit like riding across the Bay Bridge at 30 MPH.

Our big thing is Low Riders.

God lord, as a news junky, yesterday afternoon was a massive overload. Productivity went down to about 0.

We need to make politics boring again!

I've been in a funk. Got s layoff notice a couple weeks ago and Friday is my last day. Wife got s layoff notice yesterday. NC only.gives 6 weeks of unemployment. However, it just occurred to me we might be free to go protest if Trump fires Mueller.. which is imminent now..

Jesus man, that's heavy. Hope you guys land on your feet quickly! What profession are you and your wife in?

I can walk to the former US capitol from my house, there is usually decent protests going on over there when shit hits the fan so I'll probably just stay in town since I fucking hate driving around DC!
