if you want to drill through concrete youll need a masonry drill bit
it has a weird bit at the end so it can get through the concrete, a normal drill bit wont work

Gorilla glue is the way to go, or concrete.

i doubt the city would even notice. there are all kinds of home-made skate spots all over this city.

    Longest Link EVER haha!

I've see guys bolt it, and i've seen guys cement it into the ground! Either way, make sure if you DO do it, and if its at a ''community'' skatepark, that you don't do it around others. The city ripped one bar out cause they didn't put it there

It's a great idea.. in sants lately there have been tons of mobile obstacles popping up.. someone ripped out another bench, a rusty rail with feet, a hubba, a pole jam.. The last three didn't even last a day so it'd definitely be cool to make them permanent.

Tell us how it turns out.

You could also try renting or buying one of those like little 22 caliber nail drivers. You load it and it fires the nail directly into the concrete, its made for fastening things to concrete, would probably be pretty loud though. Cementing it over the feet would probably be the best bet though.

I think it should be pretty fine if you take your time on it with either
