    i used the instructions from http://diyskate.com/ramps.html

    cost of materials was about $96.. need 2 people to build it if u want it correctly done... although i put on the angle iron myself and the middle is perfectly flush, im def proud of myself for that !

    Angle Iron, about 1/8th inch thick, about $14 from Lowe's or Home Depot, for a 4 foot bar

    where in MD are u? im goin to baltimore area next weekend

    Ha, mine looks kinda similar.
    I'll see if I can get some pictures up in a bit. I didn't take pictures whilst building it, though.

    That's awesome - having one built by my buddy using those exact plans - though we had to modify it to be 8" high and 6' long due to space concerns (and my mate can't ollie that high yet)

    Wow that manny pad is way to big for me. I can only skate little ones same and my friends make in five minutes.

    this is a very noob question to be asking [i don't make stuff too often] but how did you get the angle iron drilled out in that cone shape so the screw doesn't stick out???

    first drill a normal sized hole in the angle iron that a screw will fit through. Then take a bigger drill bit, and drill just about halfway through the metal, not the whole way through, in the same spot. This creates a place for the head of the screw to be so that it is flush with the angle iron.
