    I'm probably the only person stupid enough to do this, but the coping on my box is just glued on. It holds fine though... for now...

    Where the hell did you find a countersink bit for metal? I looked for one all over. After I was like whatever and I glued it down.

    you just use a bigger drill bit after u drill the smaller hole, u just don't go down all the way and it'll create the countersink.

    yeah wood here is really cheep, i could build that same thing for like 30 bucks. 2x4's are like 2.50 and a sheet of 3/4 inch ply wood is 9 dollars.

    you did a good job though, it looks like a lot of fun.
