they suck ass. they have no pop, their heavy as ****, and they have no grip. they are durable, but that's the only positive thing you can say about them.

You;re obviously new to skating so I'll help you out bro.

DON'T BUY A WAL-MART BOARD! If you have a local shop go there and buy a shop brand deck. The people working should help you out. If you buy a Wal-Mart board you doom yourself, because they're horrible.

I use Walmart boards for things I don't want to ruin my good boards for, like attempting darkslides. If you don't have the money for a pro board then go with a blank board~ they run about $40-$65 for a complete but are better than that Walmart rubbish.

This will help, it was my first board and learned to ollie on it.

You don't need any oil, if your bearings need it the skate shop will usually put some on for you when you buy a new deck, set of trucks, or set of wheels. As for bearings, I would recomend Bones Reds bearings. There the best value for $25. If you have the extra cash I would get Bones Swiss for $40.

I saw a walmart board today for 9.99 . I gave the wheels a turn and they spun for about 2 seconds. POS if you ask me, everything is generic. Get a blank from a local shop and abuse the hell out of it, when you get good get a pro board.

    Wink

o.o i remember my 1st walmart board they are good learner decks for when you are just starting out then you should move on to the faster , better , skate decks from your local skateshops.

Might be better just start out with a skateshop deck any way imo =]
