    other than that, very nice information. its what a lot of people here needed for sure.

    I clicked it with hopes of seeing how not to use the lcd..its just so hard not to use it, but i have been using it less and less..

    No, he's pretty much right, especially when he made this thread. And who cares if you use the lcd screen? it's there for a reason... it makes things easier.

    i have a pd150 with a death lens..
    which is newer and more pro of a cam based of the vx models.. as much as i love it... i'd trade it for a mint vx1k anyday..

    well.. im really starting to lean to the dvx. ive seen some real sick footy with those.. but im going to stop being so off topic now.

    wheres the how to film long lens? I think that would be useful..
