Tre (360) Flips
(written by ‘misled user’)

First Off
This trick is quite a difficult one to master, so don’t get worried if you don’t land it one your first try.
Having the Kickflip, Pop Shove-It, and Varial Flip down will go a long way in helping you learn this trick.

Foot Position
Put your front foot right in front of the middle of the board (a little closer towards the nose). Have it pointed at a 45 degree angle towards the nose as well.
Your back foot has to be set up so only the very edge of the ball of your foot is on the tail, just like a shove-it.

How To Tre Flip
1. Go at a pretty fast speed. Not too fast, but make sure you’re not going too slowly.
2. Sweep your back foot in the opposite direction you are facing (towards your heelside edge). Give it an aggressive scoop to start off with until you get the feel for the motion.
3. At the same time, let your front foot flick straight off the corner of your board - right where the concave starts. If you’re goofy this will be the right side of your board, regular would be the left side of your board.
4. After you’re done all that, hang tight and let your board rotate under you until you see the board folding up to your feet.
5. Catch the board and land solid. Make sure to avoid wheel bite.
